Sovereign Bandits is a space of reclamation and remembrance, born from a moment of deep personal transformation and guided by the wisdom of horses and the land.

Founded by Stephanie in 2020, the work began in the quiet presence of free-roaming horses and evolved into a path of healing, embodiment, and purpose.

With training from the Psychospiritual Institute, The Reflective Horse, Festina Lente, Embodying Wild, and UC Davis, the approach weaves equine-guided practices, somatic reprogramming, and nature-based coaching into a grounded, holistic experience.

From Ireland to California and back to the windswept coast of Galway, this journey is one of deep listening—to the body, to the earth, and to the horses who reflect us back to ourselves.

Sovereign Bandits offers sacred, trauma-informed spaces for women to return to their bodies, awaken their truths, and walk the path of sovereignty with strong backs and soft hearts. Alongside the Inverin Herd and her beloved mare, Millie Daisy, the founder continues to learn, guide, and hold space for others to rise in clarity, grace, and wholeness.
