With over 15 years of experience, she has held founding roles, operating partnerships at leading venture firms, and VP positions across Series A-B SaaS companies. She currently supports businesses as they scale from early stages through her own fractional consulting practice.
Alongside her business work, Laura has developed deep expertise in equine-guided therapeutic facilitation. She completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery Program in 2020 and has been co-facilitating alongside Cassandra Ogier for four years, supporting the development of transformational programming and working directly with participants. She is a co-founder of the Gateway Immersion, a three-day transformational experience weaving somatic practices, breath-work, yin yoga, voice activation, and time with the herd for mirroring, exploration, integration, and deepening.
Laura brings a distinctive vision to how feminine-led principles, relational awareness, and systems thinking create sustainable growth — both in business and in personal transformation. She is deeply committed to mentoring others in bringing equine-centered work into the world with integrity, somatic awareness, and a trauma-informed, feminine-led vision.
Amanda Gentine, Educator, Curriculum Designer & Facilitator
Amanda is the founder of Homeward, an Equine-Guided Empowerment® practice in Portugal. She has navigated the full process of establishing both a farm and a mission-driven business outside her home country, bringing lived experience to the realities of place-based work, stewardship, and long-term relationship with land and horses.
Amanda facilitates Somatic Reprogramming® workshops and is the creator of Homeward Collective, a three-module experiential program that reimagines horse care and partnership through trust, attunement, and connection—rather than control or compliance.
An educator, curriculum designer, and facilitator, Amanda’s work sits at the intersection of human development and horse-centered partnership. Her approach to teaching and learning is relational, embodied, and deeply attentive, shaped by over two decades of experience across diverse educational and cultural contexts.
Amanda’s work invites a slow cultural shift toward partnering with horses through listening, mutuality, and respect for the horse as a sentient collaborator — one who actively participates in the learning relationship.

Taren Maroun, Therapeutic Consultant & Trauma-Informed Program Advisor
Taren Maroun is a facilitator and trauma-informed consultant whose work supports the ethical development of sovereignty-centered experiential programs. She helps programs align depth, pacing, and structure so experiential intensity does not outpace support.
Grounded in years of hands-on facilitation, Taren brings a nervous-system–informed lens to program design, supporting integrity, readiness, and sustainable space-holding as programs grow, with close attention to sequencing and integration as experiences unfold.
She completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery Program in 2020 and has facilitated alongside Cassandra Ogier for the past four years, contributing to the evolution of TRH programming through facilitation, program refinement, and trauma-informed design. Her work supports facilitators and founders in understanding what may arise across bodies, nervous systems, and relational fields, and in shaping programs that can be held with clarity and integrity—so facilitators feel grounded and confident holding safe, contained space.
Her consulting emphasizes sovereignty, consent, and embodied timing, ensuring depth is paced in a way that supports both participants and facilitators. She is a co-founder of the Gateway Immersion— a three-day experiential program integrating somatic practices, embodied expression, and time with the herd, designed to support deep exploration, integration, and transformation— and is entering formal graduate training toward LMFT licensure, with extensive training in trauma-informed, somatic, embodied and relational facilitation.
Margaret Taylor, COS, The Reflective Horse® & Creative Operations Consultant
Margaret is the Chief of Staff to Cassandra Ogier supporting The Reflective Horse® and values-led women founders in bringing complex visions into grounded, sustainable form. Her work sits at the intersection of relational leadership, systems design, and embodied support.
Margaret brings over a decade of experience supporting community-centered initiatives through operational leadership, event production, and membership ecosystems. She has supported large-scale retreats, festivals, and gatherings, online programs and communities, and supports operations at Kiss the Ground.
Through her consulting practice, grounded elevation, Margaret works in a highly relational and nontraditional way — offering customized support shaped around each client’s unique needs, rhythms, and values. Her approach is deeply collaborative, intuitive, and pragmatic, providing grounded infrastructure so leaders may focus on the work they are here to bring into the world.
As a Clinician and developer of the highest quality Mental Health and Addiction treatment, it is critical to me that the components of the care we offer are highly structured, and clinically driven, yet flexible enough to meet the needs of adolescent clients struggling with an array of Addiction and Mental health issues and past trauma that leave them vulnerable as well as fluid in their emotional and physical response to the challenges they face in treatment. For this reason, when looking at equine therapy, it was critical to us that the practitioner and the program were developed in such a way that could accommodate our clientele in a safe and therapeutic manner.
Cassandra and the Reflective Horse team worked side by side with me to develop and maintain a state-of-the-art Equine program, one that developed WITH us, training the treatment center staff to integrate with her own, at our pace, and in line with my clinical values and expectations. I highly recommend Cassandra and the Reflective Horse and look forward to implementing her program in future centers.”
— Mendi Baron, LCSW CEO, Ignite Teen Treatment
Cassandra visited my ranch to consult with me in launching my own Equine-Guided Education program. Our time together was deeply supportive, profound, and joyful. She brought 110% of her presence, attention, and lived experience into our work — embodying a rare quality of listening and an ability to truly see my unique gifts.
In the twenty-four hours we spent together, we entered what felt like a “quantum field,” where time and space softened, allowing us to cover an extraordinary amount of ground with clarity and ease. Most importantly, through her guidance, I now move forward with confidence — ready to bring my offering in Equine-Guided Education into the world.
