A FREE Webinar Series: The Era of Horsewomanship with guest speakers Paula Mallis, Emily Anderson, and Amanda Gentine

The Era of Horsewomanship Episode 7: Is Equine Therapy Ethical? With guest speakers Paula Mallis, Emily Anderson, and Amanda Gentine

Join us for an online gathering in The Reflective Horse’ new webinar series: The Era of Horsewomanship. Each month, Cassandra Ogier will welcome a new guest to explore what it means to live and lead in this era. This is a time of courageous connection, intuitive communication, and the magic of co-creation with our horses and ourselves, through conversations echoing from the deep well of the feminine.

This month, Cassandra is joined by Paula Mallis, Emily Anderson, and Amanda Gentine and together, they will dive into the question “Is equine therapy ethical?”. Is it fair to ask a traumatized horse to hold space for a traumatized human? What are we — knowingly or unknowingly — asking horses to carry when we involve them in our processes of healing, therapy, and self-development? Join us for a conversation exploring the ethics of equine therapy in its many forms. Together, we’ll examine how horses can support human healing and awakening in ways that honor their autonomy and wellbeing — placing their needs and agency at the center of the relationship.
