An immersive adventure into the wisdom of the wild, inside and out. On this exclusive, intimate retreat for women, we explore the wild, untamed and untouched, alongside the soft, intuitive and sensual aspects of self — through a journey of somatic embodiment, voice activation, five-element nature principles, herd wisdom immersions and wild horse observation and reflections on the ranges of Wyoming.
Led by Cassandra Ogier, Soleiana Abernathy, Lauren Rohs, with domestic and wild, free-roaming horses, this retreat weaves in a guided wild horse adventure with Chad & Lynn Hanson of the Wyoming Mustang Institute, a day of integration at the Japanese Bath House Spa at Table Mountain Ranch, with ceremony led by Greer Freed.

Travel, accommodations, and meals are not included. Guests are invited to arrange their own travel, lodging, and to bring a picnic lunch each day.
The closest airport to Lander, Wyoming, is Central Wyoming Regional Airport (RIW) in Riverton that is ~35 minute drive. Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is another option that is a 2.5 hour drive that is an incredible scenic drive across the continental divide.
Airbnb is the best way to find accommodations and there are also local hotels in the Lander area.
