Wisdom of the Wild | Lander, Wyoming

Date: May 19–24, 2026
Location: Table Mountain Ranch, Lander, Wyoming
Exchange: $1,600 per person

An immersive adventure into the wisdom of the wild, inside and out. On this exclusive, intimate retreat for women, we explore the wild, untamed and untouched, alongside the soft, intuitive and sensual aspects of self — through a journey of somatic embodiment, voice activation, five-element nature principles, herd wisdom immersions and wild horse observation and reflections on the ranges of Wyoming.

Led by Cassandra Ogier, Soleiana Abernathy, Lauren Rohs, with domestic and wild, free-roaming horses, this retreat weaves in a guided wild horse adventure with Chad & Lynn Hanson of the Wyoming Mustang Institute, a day of integration at the Japanese Bath House Spa at Table Mountain Ranch, with ceremony led by Greer Freed.

Over six days together, we will dive into:

  • Somatic embodiment practices with Cassandra Ogier

  • Voice activation with Lauren Rohs

  • Five-element nature principles with Soleiana Abernathy

  • Herd wisdom immersions

  • A guided wild horse adventure with Chad & Lynn Hanson of the Wyoming Mustang Institute

  • Circle and Ceremony with Greer Freed

  • A full day of integration at the Japanese Bathhouse Spa at Table Mountain Ranch

Travel, accommodations, and meals are not included. Guests are invited to arrange their own travel, lodging, and to bring a picnic lunch each day.

  • The closest airport to Lander, Wyoming, is Central Wyoming Regional Airport (RIW) in Riverton that is a 35 minute drive to the ranch. Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is another option that is 2.5 hours drive on an incredible scenic route across the continental divide.
