Lauren Rohs
Lauren Rohs joined The Reflective Horse® Faculty in 2025, bringing her unique integration of equine-guided facilitation, voice work, theatre, and women's leadership to support the continued evolution of TRH programs and practitioner development.
Lauren completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery Program in 2021 and has continued her apprenticeship alongside Cassandra, supporting the facilitation of the TRH Mastery Program and contributing to the ongoing growth of the TRH community. Her work is organized around one central commitment: freedom—for the human nervous system, for the voice, and for the horse.
She approaches presence as a discipline: the alignment of breath, body, and language that makes genuine choice possible. For Lauren, freedom is not the absence of relationship, but agency within it. This commitment extends equally to the horses she works alongside, honoring their autonomy and freedom to engage—or not—as respected participants in every experience.
As co-founder of The Gateway Immersion, Lauren facilitates retreats and cohort experiences rooted in consent, relational integrity, and embodied leadership. Her work invites participants into deeper authenticity through the wisdom of relationship rather than performance.
A certified Patsy Rodenburg Associate, Lauren's training is grounded in embodied presence, breath, and classical text—including Shakespeare and Greek drama, traditions born outdoors, where language met sky and earth and was carried on breath between bodies. She understands equine-guided facilitation as a continuation of that lineage: presence practiced in open space, where truth is revealed through relationship and witness.
Freeing the voice is foundational to Lauren's work—not to perfect expression, but to restore access to truth under pressure. Poetry becomes a vessel for what lives beneath language, inviting people to speak from a place that is authentic rather than performed.
Grounded, discerning, and deeply relational, Lauren supports survivors, artists, and leaders in cultivating greater freedom, equity, and authenticity in the spaces they inhabit.
Based in New York, Lauren facilitates equine-guided experiences, retreats, theatre, and voice-centered programs internationally.
