An opportunity to immerse with the herd of 50+ horses at Flag Ranch, Paso Robles this Winter. Cassandra will lead you through the embodiment practices of Equine Guided Empowerment® & Somatic Reprogramming®, opening up a fresh understanding of herd-dynamics, horse and human energetic fields, and a unique experience of self-regulation alongside the herds. This immersive experience offers a profound return-to-self, grounded and validated in sovereign connection with free-roaming horses. Cassandra’s expertise in space-holding and trauma-informed processing, opens a unique portal of awareness when we interact with the master teachers; the domestic and wild bands of horses that make up the herd at Flag Ranch, allowing this dynamic, somatic experience of relationship to self and others to translate into your daily life.
