When we truly arrive at the place of authenticity and self-honoring harmony within ourselves through somatic practice, horses let us know — as our balance is essential to harmonizing with the herd. When we step into grounded empowerment, attuned to our self, and aware of our expanded energetic presence, we become part of the herd and experience the magnetism of our true self.
