Each month, Cassandra Ogier will welcome a new guest to explore what it means to live and lead in this era. This is a time of courageous connection, intuitive communication, and the magic of co-creation with our horses and ourselves, through conversations echoing from the deep well of the feminine.
This month, Cassandra is joined by Noëlle Floyd and together, they will talk on Noëlle’s journey through the equestrian world, as participant, witness and documenter; how her own curiosity into horsewomanship has brought her home; her vision for the future of the horse world; and her shifting role as she builds her own homestead and herd on Vancouver Island.

Cassandra Ogier is the founder of The Reflective Horse® and is a pioneer of equine-guided experiences with free-roaming horses. Her experience spans over 20 years as a leader in the development of horse-based personal reflection and educational programs.
She is the creator the modalities, Equine Guided Empowerment®, Somatic Reprogramming® and Somatic Riding®. Her approach to Equine Guided Empowerment® through immersion in the living intelligence of horses and nature, breaks new ground in partnering with horses rooted in the concept of free beings, horses and humans, joining together in partnership to achieve awareness, understanding and insight.

Noëlle Floyd is a Canadian journalist, entrepreneur, and lifelong horsewoman dedicated to reshaping the equestrian world through storytelling, education, and community.
As the founder of the NOELLE FLOYD brand and NF+, she has built one of the most trusted platforms in global equestrian media, reaching riders in more than 100 countries.
What began as a personal blog in 2012 quickly evolved into a multi-platform movement that includes a digital magazine, award-winning masterclasses, and two acclaimed podcasts: Equestrian Voices and Dear Horse World. The Dear Horse World podcast was born out of a 12-month road trip across North America, where Noëlle met face-to-face with horse people from every discipline to gather unfiltered, honest stories about life with horses.
Her work explores the emotional and often complex relationship between horse and rider, while also challenging long-standing norms around tradition, access, and rider wellness. With a background in photojournalism and a life spent in the saddle, Noëlle brings a unique voice to the industry.
