Let us revel in the excitement, new opportunity and abundance of the upcoming year. Release fears, create goals, and step into living in the flow led by joy and love.
Our day will weave somatic practices that explore our own grounding, embodying our energetic field connecting us to the horses and their frequency. These practices will provide a base to explore expansion, diminishing limiting beliefs of the conditioned mind, and opening you to the power of the Constellation work to follow.
Horse Constellations open a portal for the Divine Unknown to enter, illuminating familial patterns and societal structures that we may be unaware of. Like horses, we are sustained by belonging, nourished by the herd/safe community, and empowered by knowing our boundaries and desires. Constellation work is a therapeutic unraveling of ties, shining light on what we may not see, enabling the essence of your self to be seen, heard and embodied.
