What is The Reflective Horse
The Reflective Horse runs personal and professional development programs that apply the natural inquisitive and responsive nature of horses, to enable our clients to overcome challenges and realize their ambitions with new tools and perspectives.
Because of the long standing bond between horse and man, horses look to us for leadership and respond to our true intention and authentic self. They communicate best with our innate-self as they are herd animals, so their well being depends on making sure the person they are following is genuine.
Horses reflect non judgmental feedback of what is clear and congruent in our presence and leadership and guide us to acknowledge what is ineffective in our personal actions and interactions. Once realized we can see how trusting ourselves and being confident and true has a greater effect than the usual way we operate.
Awakening this within us on a one day program has an extremely positive effect that can be applied to new challenges and goals. Reaffirming, challenging and proving our inner-effectiveness over a two or three day program, really creates lasting change in our personal and professional lives and ambitions. This confidence and power is already in us all. We provide the reflective, personal experience that working with nature gives to awaken and harness this potential.
With all our programs, there is no previous experience with horses necessary, only on-the-ground interactions are involved.
