There is no horse riding and no previous experience with horses necessary to join our programs, only on-the-ground interactions are involved.

Reflective Leadership
Ideal for businesses, groups or individuals. Working alongside our horses, you'll gain new perspectives in leadership, team performance and business structures. Taking you out of the conference room, into a learning environment where leadership is reflected, explored and understood.
Personal Development
Utilizing the reflective bio-feedback of horses, we create a natural state for self exploration where our clients connect with their authentic self. We focus on communication and inter-relational skills in both personal and professional life.
Reflective Change
Using the power of our clients true selves reflected though horses we work to develop lasting behavioral change in clients with addictions, PTSD, depression, anxiety, behavioral and family relational issues. Our Program builds self acceptance and new perspectives that aid recovery.
Medicine & Horsemanship
Developed at Stanford University, this program teaches medical students and healthcare professionals the communication and leadership skills necessary for the provider-patient relationship and other professional encounters.
